Vance Phillips & Jeff Christopher…

Published April 13, 2011 by Sussex County Angel

Last night my Talk Show had some serious tension.  For those of you who were unable to listen, the audio has been put up here.

I will be making a YouTube video of the highlights, I just haven’t gotten there yet.

So, Sussex County Council Member Vance Phillips has issues with the budget requests of Sussex County Sheriff Jeff Christopher.

As promised, I have published two different documents given to me by Vance Phillips.

Here is his opening statement from the “Great Conservative Debate”.

Here is the hand-out he provided at the “Great Conservative Debate”.

Both Vance Phillips and Jeff Christopher will be in the studio together on Monday, April 18th, during The Angel Clark Show to field listener calls on this matter as well as discuss the issue with each other.

If you have a question for either of them and would care to submit them beforehand please email them to me at Angel@WGMD.com or you could always Tweet me!

Michael Badnarik has an offer to good to refuse!

Published March 24, 2011 by Sussex County Angel

Michael Badnarik published a fantastic post “If ponies rode men and if grass ate the cows“! I have been discussing the Bernard von NotHaus issue on my show for the past few days.  I urge all of you to sit down and type a few words regarding this.  Why?

Because this has extended too far.  If the Liberty Dollar is a counterfeit coin, what exactly is the United States Dollar?

Please read the piece by Michael and write your letters to state and federal representatives accordingly.  I will be doing the same.

If you don’t have time to read the Michael Badnarik piece listen to my show tonight.  I will be reading it on the air.  I will also have a representative from DelValleySilver on to talk about what this conviction could mean.

An appeal from the Sussex County Sheriff Jeff Christopher:

Published March 2, 2011 by Sussex County Angel

Jeff Christopher, your newly elected Sussex County Sheriff sends this appeal:

Mar 15,  10am – Sussex County Council meeting.

Greetings fellow patriots! My name is Jeff Christopher and I am your Sussex County Sheriff. Many of you have heard me at the 9-12 Delaware Patriot meetings in Millsboro. You elected me because I am a Constitutional and Conservative Sheriff who believes that the power of the office comes from you the people.

Recently after taking office I was challenged by County Council members as to my authority and despite my running to improve and make the office more proactive and provide more services, County Council members deny that I ran on this basis and have blocked all efforts I have made to improve the office. They remain convinced that your elected Sheriff has no Constitutional Authority and despite state law listing the Sheriff as a Law Enforcement Agency, we have no support from County Council.

You support us, The Delaware State Police support us, but the members of County Council do not and in fact have recently stooped so low as to draft and attempt to introduce a bill to diminish and or abolish your Sheriff and your right to vote for your Sheriff. They want to make it an appointed position.

I need your help. On March 15th at 10 am I am scheduled to present my case before County Council at the regular CC meeting at Council Chambers on the circle. I need you to come and show your support for me and ask why CC would draft such a bill to take away the rights of people who spoke loud and clear last November. They are making a mockery of the patriots of this county.

I want to strengthen and preserve this office for the people and will fight to the end!!

Thank You and God Bless

Hope to see you there!!

Sincerely,

Your Sussex County Sheriff

Jeff Christopher

FreedomConnector: The pros and cons of a new toy by FreedomWorks

Published February 10, 2011 by Sussex County Angel

Technological advances keep many of us on our toes.  It becomes difficult to maintain profiles on numerous social networking pages (I am personally on over 40 different social networking sites).  So, why should we add another?  Is there another that is even worth joining?  FreedomConnector is one I have taken the time to join for a few key reasons.

The website itself is set-up like a Ning network, or even like MySpace, but the highlight of FreedomConnector for me is the geo-targeting.  That’s right, you put in your location and you can find all the other activists near you.  With one click of a button, you can easily see events near you as well as find out who is actually active in your area.  With the fast login, you can connect with your Face Book and Twitter accounts allowing your images to be transferred.  I hope that you will eventually be able to allow your status updates from Face Book and your Tweets from Twitter to carry over to FreedomConnector as well (that is my only real complaint).

So, is it worth it to sign up for another site when there are so many already available?  I think the geo-targeting makes it worth it just for a start.  But what else does FreedomConnector have to offer?

I like keeping up to date with the people who keep the Tea Party Movement alive and active.  I know many of us do this on a local level, but many of the people on FreedomConnector do this on the national level.  FreedomWorks did us a great service by creating this site, which allows me to follow the activists in regions that interest me.  If you are interested in a group or representative, you can easily follow their area and see what the Tea Party activists are brewing.

CPAC is set to be the official release of FreedomConnector, but you can sign up now!  Personally, free sites that allow me exclusive and fast updates to the people who affect our national news are always worth the time to sign up!  Make sure you find me on there when you join, just look for Angel Clark in Delaware!
